PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Product warranties for FINESA devices are available for download in PDF format. Each warranty is issued by the corresponding corporate entity within the FINESA Group, as detailed in the respective document.
What is covered under warranty cover?

Parts and components: Includes all internal and external product elements affected by verified manufacturing defects.

Functionality: Covers failures that impair standard operation, provided the issue results from a manufacturing flaw.

Replacement: Once the defect is confirmed through technical inspection, the product will be replaced with a new item of the same model or equivalent specification, at no additional cost.
Exlutions - What is NOT covered ?

Improper or negligent use: Damages caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or poor maintenance.

Accessories: The warranty does not apply to secondary items such as chargers, cables, carrying cases, or mounting stands.

Personal protective equipment: Helmets, gloves, safety glasses, masks, etc.

Medical consumables: Thermometers, pulse oximeters, catheters, syringes, test strips, and similar disposable items.
